Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas Lewisville by IHG

It began before I arrived. Melissa actually read and honored my preferences, providing a ground floor room. She acknowledged it when I arrived; she asked the question I've asked many times, "What's the point of asking for preferences if you're not going to honor them?" Exactly; I let her know I wished more hotels did the same. I quoted a favorite line from the old movie Remember the Titans, "Attitude reflects leadership." Excellent job! The room was neat and clean and serviced the next day (a pleasant surprise for my wife and me in a time when daily service seems to have vanished)! The breakfast, though all microwaveable, was the best I've seen from Holiday Inn Express: biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon and sausage, scrambled eggs, two kinds of microwave omelets, potatoes, cereal, pastries and pancakes, coffee, milk and juices! Excellent!

Once again the hotel was great as this is our go to when we visit the Dallas Area ..Melissa the front desk associate was very accommodating.. Nice job on breakfast. Very clean .. we will be back .. Dan & Cheri

Had a great stay here! The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The whole place felt clean and organized. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety – would definitely come back!

I travel for work and spend around 60 nights a year on the road. Currently I’m on day 7 of a 2 week stay here and thought I’d leave a review. In decades of traveling he country, this place has impressed me greatly. My room on the 2nd floor was spotless clean and smelled clean. The entire hotel seems to have been recently renovated which may explain some of the mixed reviews lately. What has impressed me the most has been the staff. I have never stayed somewhere with friendlier staff. The young lady that checked me in last week was great and the lady working the front desk this afternoon has been incredible. I was accidentally erasing my key card with my cell phone and she was super patient through resetting it a couple of times and waited to make sure that I could get in without issue. Not only was she patient with an issue that turned out to be mostly my fault, but she apologized many times for my inconvenience. If work ever brings me to the area again I’ll definitely stay here without hesitation!! Note to the owner: if you don’t realize it, your best assets are your people and you have people that you should be proud of! Keep up the good work.

The hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. We got there a bit early and they had a room early, so we were able to check in a bit early which was great! Cindy in particular was super helpful & kind during our stay, would visit again!

This place is great. Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent, delicious and homemade. Maria Flores who cooked it for us today, did an amazing job. Thank!

Had a good night's rest. Breakfast bar was very neat and fully stocked. Maria F was very helpful when i had a question about how to use the pancake machine. A great variety of splendid food was very tasty.

I stayed from 17-19 of February and I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality! Maria Cardenas and her team went above and beyond to make sure I had all the accommodations I needed during our stay during my medical procedure! 10 out of 10 recommended!
